Art(hur) Owens, a barber in both Cody and Powell, leased the Ten Pinnet arcade alley from William Love who ran the arcade alley in Cody WY before installing regulation lanes in 1916.
NOTE: It is assumed Arthur Owens ran the arcade alley inside the barber shop which was located next to Globe Motor Co. (see pic below). |
